Ghosts: An Unlikely British TV Sitcom

The grown-up comedy from the Horrible Histories team follows a group of ghosts from different historical periods haunting a country house while sharing it with its new living occupants - a young married couple, Alison and Mike. 

The new occupants are cash-strapped who were struggling to buy their first home. Their prayers are seemingly answered when a distant relative bequeaths them a sprawling country estate. Just like one would expect, the ghosts are not happy with the living couple's plans to move in. Of course, they conspire to get rid of the newcomers.

Since premiering in 2019, there have been five seasons of Ghosts plus a Christmas special. With Charlotte Ritchie and Kiell Smith-Bynoe as the two lead actors, audiences have fallen in love with the BBC One series.
