1. West
The judges are in the west and must choose between a colourful family flat in Saltcoats, a Victorian villa in Helensburgh and a 1930s sandstone bungalow in Giffnock.
2. North East and Northern Isles
The judges are in the north east and Northern Isles, and must choose between a modern build in Stromness, a Victorian farmhouse in Peterhead and a farmsteading renovation in Pitmedden.
3. East
Anna, Banjo and Danny are in the east and must choose between an extended bungalow in Anstruther, a tenement in Stockbridge and a Georgian basement apartment in Edinburgh’s New Town.
4. Central and Tayside
The judges are in central Scotland and Tayside and must choose between a modernist bungalow, a farm steading conversion and a detached Victorian home.
5. Highlands and Islands
The judges are in the Highlands and Islands, and must choose between a self-build cabin in Skye, a cosy cottage also in Skye and a farmsteading renovation in Kiltarlity.
6. South
The judges are in the south and must choose between a Georgian maisonette in Dumfries, an extended Victorian semi-detached in Dalbeattie and a modernised U-shaped home in Peebles.
7. Final
The judges have travelled the country in their search for Scotland’s home of the year 2025 and now the six regional winners go head-to-head for the title.
