Set up Beebs on Amazon Firestick
Firestick does not include BBC iPlayer for viewers outside the UK. BritVPN, the app behind Beebs, connects the stick to a UK location so iPlayer, ITVX, Channel 4 and Channel 5 load the way they do at home. You need the Amazon Appstore, a BritVPN account, and a few minutes.
- From the Firestick home screen, open the search icon and type BritVPN. Open the Amazon Appstore result and install the app. If the store asks you to sign in, use the Amazon account already on the stick.
- Launch BritVPN. Sign in with the same account you use on beebs.io. Pick a UK server and wait until the app shows you are connected.
- Press Home and open the TV guide on Beebs, or install BBC iPlayer, ITVX and Channel 4 from the Amazon Appstore. Start with a live channel such as BBC One to confirm the stream plays.
- If a player still says the programme is not available in your region, force-close that app, confirm BritVPN is connected to the UK, and open the player again. Stay connected for the whole programme.
Use the listings on Beebs to see what is on BBC One, BBC Two, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 tonight, then jump into the matching app on the stick. The same BritVPN login works on a phone or laptop if you want a second screen for the guide.
