Luke Riley is Beebs' full-time content manager and lead researcher on British TV streaming accessibility. With over five years studying geo-restriction technology, VPN detection methods, and the streaming landscape across the BBC, ITV, and Channel 4, Luke is one of the most well-sourced voices on watching British television abroad.

Before joining Beebs, Luke independently reviewed consumer VPN products and streaming platforms, developing a hands-on understanding of how detection systems evolve and how viewers can reliably maintain access.
